Terms and conditions
Advertisers and ad agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements (including text and illustrations) printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher. The advertiser and the advertising agency are jointly and severally liable for payment.
Commission and Terms
•  Agency commissions 15%.
•  No commissions on mechanical charges, production charges, and inserts.
•  Net 30 days.
•  1/6 page minimum to hold frequency rate on contracts.
•  Rates are non-negotiable.
Cancellation Policy
If necessary, ads must be cancelled seven working days prior to that issue’s closing date. Ads may not be cancelled or modified beyond that date. Otherwise, full rate will be charged.
